Tolleranze ristrette e superfici immacolate
Le singole lamiere 2D costituiscono la base per la costruzione di pacchi lamellari in rotori e statori. I pacchi lamellari sono composti da numerose lamiere, ciascuna punzonato o tagliata al laser da lamiere di acciaio elettrico e con uno spessore inferiore a 1 mm. Gli aspetti chiave della qualità includono la geometria delle scanalature della sezione trasversale per gli hairpin, le scanalature per i magneti permanenti e il diametro interno ed esterno dell’assemblaggio del pacco lamellare. Poiché le tolleranze sono dell’ordine del micrometro, le lamiere devono essere piatte e prive di bave per garantire le prestazioni del motore elettronico.
